How to use:
You can start using the oil and bands the day after birth. If you had a cesarean birth, then check with your doctor when you are able to use it.
Massage your belly daily with a few drops of the belly oil. Use clockwise circles to promote digestion. You can do the massage for 5 minutes or as long as you want.
Wear the belly band after the massage as it helps the skin to absorb the oil. You can wear the band for as long as you feel comfortable.
