Experiencing pregnancy loss is a deeply personal and emotional journey. Your body, heart and mind need time and care to heal. My massage offers gentle, nurturing support to help you process grief, restore balance and find moments of peace in your recovery.

  • The 90-minute session includes:

    • A herbal foot soak with Epsom salt - during this time, you can either share about your pregnancy and loss journey or we spend this time in quietness.

    • A full-body massage.

    • A gentle belly massage and wrap.

    Every session is tailored to your emotional and physical needs. Whether you prefer a full-body relaxation massage or targeted work to ease tension, the approach is gentle, mindful, and supportive.
